2) On time Delivery: The normal delivery time for an order is always within 25-30 days, to make sure our clients will never has the problem of delaying, we 100% support the on time delivery, otherwise, we will give big discount without any reason;

3) Defective Items: Shipment and stock sometimes makes the defective items happens, to make sure no waste on our clients side, we provide 100% compensation for all defective items if it happens. For mistake items happened because of our errors in work, we compensate the whole order by re-production or return the whole payment;

Quality Control

1) Raw material: New raw material is the only material we use, we only buy from the big raw material supplier and we have professional raw material quality control people to check all material quality that we purchase;

2) Pre-production samples, for all orders, we will provide our clients pre-production samples, before shipping out, we check carefully on all details and then ship out to get approval from our clients, and the approval samples will be provided.
